Returns Policy

You have 30 days to return books and clothing at Harvard Book Store. The items must be in saleable condition and accompanied with the store receipt for sales in the store or with the email order confirmation for mail order sales. Returns are refunded in kind; i.e. credit cards are credited or refund checks are mailed after your check clears. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of an error on our part.

Please include the original packing slip or web order confirmation with the books.
