locations around Cambridge and Boston.

Walking from the Harvard Square T stop: 2 minutes
As you exit the station, reverse your direction and
walk east along Mass Ave in front of the Cambridge Savings
Bank. Cross Dunster Street and proceed along Mass. Ave.
Walk three more blocks down Mass. Ave. You will pass
Cambridge Trust Company, Ferranti Dege, and Toscannini’s.
Harvard Book Store is located at the corner of Mass.
Ave. and Plympton Street.

Walking from the Harvard Square T stop: 10 minutes
As you exit the station, cross Mass. Ave. and look for
the newsstand called Nini's Corner. Turn left and proceed
along Brattle Street (you will pass the Greenhouse Restaurant).
Follow Brattle St. as it curves to the right in Brattle
Square (in front of the Eastern Mountain Sports store).
Walk three blocks and turn right on Appian Way. Longfellow
Hall is the red brick building on the left. Askwith Hall
is located inside Longfellow, on the first floor.

Walking from the Copley Square T stop: 1 minute
As you exit the station, cross Boylston Street. Turn
right and walk one block. You’ll come to the entrance
of the library.

Walking from the Harvard Square T stop: 2 minutes
As you exit the station, cross Mass. Ave. and look for
the newsstand called Nini's Corner. Turn left and proceed
along Brattle Street (you will pass the Greenhouse Restaurant).
At the first corner where Brattle Street curves to the
right cross to the other side of Brattle St. (in front
of the Eastern Mountain Sports store). The Brattle Theatre
is located in the next building, below Café Algiers,
and to get to the entrance you have to go down the steps
to the courtyard.

As you exit the station, cross Mass. Ave. and look for
the newsstand called Nini's Corner. Turn right and proceed
1 block north along Mass. Ave. going toward the Cambridge
Common. You will pass the Harvard Coop, a Fleet Bank,
and a CVS. You’ll see the First Parish Church at
the corner of Mass. Ave. and Church Street.

Walking from the Harvard Square T stop: 10 minutes
As you exit the station, reverse your direction and
walk east along Mass Ave in front of the Cambridge Savings
Bank. Cross Dunster Street and proceed along Mass. Ave.
Walk three more blocks down Mass. Ave. You will pass
Cambridge Trust Company, Ferranti Dege, Toscannini’s,
and the Harvard Book Store. At the next corner across
the street you will see a big red brick building called
The Inn at Harvard. Cross the street and walk past The
Inn at Harvard toward Quincy Street. Walk all the way
down Quincy Street, past the Faculty Club and the Fogg
Art Museum, and then you will get to a busy intersection
at the corner of Quincy and Broadway. Cross the street,
and the Sackler Museum is located at the corner.

Walking from the Kendall Square / MIT T stop: 5 minutes
The Whitehead Institute is located on the Red Line subway system at the
Kendall Square/MIT stop. Exit the T station and walk away from Boston (away
from the river) on Main St. The Whitehead Institute is two blocks up on the
right, at the corner of Main St. and Galileo Galeli Way. The Auditorium is
on the first floor.
