Harvard Book Store Author Series Presents:
Paul Krugman
Harvard Book Store is pleased to announce that on Friday, September 19th Paul Krugman will be reading from his new book, The Great Unraveling: Losing Our Way in the New Century. In this long-awaited work by one of America’s most respected economists, Paul Krugman chronicles how the boom economy unraveled. From his account of the secret energy crisis to his devastating dissections of dishonesty in the Bush administration, Krugman tells the uncomfortable truth about how the United States lost its way. And he gives us the road map we will need to follow if we are going to get the country back on track. Christopher Lydon, former host of NPR’s “The Connection,” will be interviewing the author as part of this event.
Named America’s most important columnist by the Washington Post, Paul Krugman’s op-ed columns in the New York Times are keenly followed by millions of readers. He teaches at Princeton University. |
