For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs associated with returning the item(s) to Harvard Book Store.
Items Purchased Online
Harvard Book Store accepts returns of books and clothing within thirty days of purchase. The items must be in saleable condition and must be accompanied by an original receipt, packing slip, or web order confirmation. Clothing items must have the original tags still attached. Any returns received that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of a Harvard Book Store error.
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions. When requesting an exchange, please include a note with the returned item(s) specifying the new item(s) you would like. Your card will be charged or credited for any difference that may result in the exchange. There will be no additional shipping cost.

We recommend, for your protection, that you pack the item(s) securely and return the package using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post.
Items Purchased in the Store
Items must be in saleable condition, and returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Clothing items must have the original tags still attached. If you return an item within thirty days, you will be refunded in full, using the method of payment shown on the original receipt. Returns made between thirty and sixty days can be exchanged for store credit only. No returns can be accepted after sixty days.
